UPGRADED AND REDESIGNED TASTING EXPERIENCE
Torii Mor’s wine is elegant and delicious. To reflect this, I incorporated brand cohesion by implementing colors and typeface that were cohesive with their image, and redesigned the layout to be more visually appealing and put together. Additionally, I added the club member information to drive priority sales.
Menu Redesign
A Unique, Interactive Tasting Experience
To stand out as one of 130+ tasting rooms in Woodinville, Washington, I created an interactive tasting experience for each weekly tasting by designing a tasting sheet that incorporated suggested tasting notes. This helped to educate guests in an approachable way and allowed them to discover tasting notes for themselves.

First-ever Instagram
To increase brand awareness, I created an Instagram account for Torii Mor, Woodinville. This platform proved successful in marketing the winery for events and promotions.
Wine Education: “How To Taste Like A Professional”
I created Torii Mor’s first-ever events program. By utilizing my WSET II and WSET III knowledge, I hosted “How to Taste Like A Professional,” an event for guests to experience the wine in a guided, educative manner.
